Product Introduction

As a value-added service, Instant Message service is composed of short message notice service and short message inquiry service.
Short message notice service (real time in lump sum) provides information of account balance and financial investment via mobile phone and email.
Short message inquiry service provides information of detailed transaction via mobile phone and is automatically offered to clients upon opening of short message notice service.

    Clients will receive real time notice upon change of balance upon withdrawal or consumption.
    In case of change of amount limit, time adjustment for notice or 3 consecutive mistakes, clients will be informed at once thus facilitating counter actions.
    When consumption via cards, clients will be informed of debit of fund at once, thus guaranteeing the safety of account and free from worry of POS’s information of failure transaction.

    Clients will be provided with real time notice of deposit, transfer, payroll and maturity of loan, thus they can obtain complete knowledge of their financial status and rational management of fund.

    Clients will be provided at once of information of success or failure of subscription, purchase, transfer and redemption of open-end fund and FX deals.

    Clients can design their own setting on fund limit and time period of delivery of notice thus avoiding overflow of unnecessary notice.

    Notices are sent via mobile phone and emails and can be sent through any other methods ordered by clients.

    Clients can open free instant message service at once by counter (against valid ID certificate, Leisure banking card, and mobile phone), logging on bank’s website (by digital certificate or dynamic password) or through call center 95528.
    The bank can provide on-site service for clerks whose employers are on the payroll service of the bank.
  • convenient inquiry
    Inquiry service is provided along with instant message service. Client only need to send inquiry message to 95528 and will receive message on balance and detailed transaction.

Functions

  • message notice service
    Notices are sent through mobile phones to clients providing information of balance, financial investment information, products, reminder of loan payment and transaction of open-end fund and FX deals.
    Client can choose standardized or customerized service package. Please check instructions for reference.
  • short message inquiry service
    Short message inquiry service is automatically offered to clients upon opening of short message notice service and provides information of detailed transaction including;
    1) balance of all currencies( demand, time and notice deposit etc.
    2) latest 3 transaction details.

  • Email notice service
    Notice will be sent to clients’ designated email address once balance change(over limits designed by clients) appears.
    Lump mail notice (statement of account) is sent to client everyday to indicate the changes of balance.
    Instant message notice is only provided once there is change of balance and is set on work round the clock.

Application

Clients can open instant message service by counter (against valid ID certificate, Leisure banking card, and mobile phone), logging on bank’s website (by digital certificate or dynamic password) or through call center 95528.

Charge

Free service during promotion period, however, the bank reserve right to charge fees. Check public announcement for reference.

Friendly reminder

  1. security code is designed to guarantee safety and accuracy, short message service is only provided after clients input correct security code.
  2. clients can input security code via e-banking, phone-banking and counter service in an interchangeable way.
  3. open fund and FX deal clients are recommended to open notice service.

  5. all message will be sent through 95528 and in no way will the bank request code of card of nay clients.
