Dynamic Password Service
Production Introduction
In June 2005, SPDB took the lead to launch “Mobile phone dynamic password” service in China, which is a kind of novel certification mode to ensure customer account and online transaction security.
When customers log on the online banking service interface or conduct financial transactions via our online payment system, the bank system will randomly produce and send the one-time password via SMS to the customers, to effectively ensure customer account and transaction security. Compared with the digital certificate, the dynamic password is more convenient and a perfect combination of security and convenience for customers to utilize online banking.
Product Features
The traditional online banking only depends on password certification, so the customer account security can not be ensured when invaded by Trojan or hacker. The digital certificate is secure and easy to use, yet poses a requirement as to the customers’ computer software configuration and their computer competency.
With dynamic password certification, each time when you log on the online banking service interface, our bank system will randomly produce and send a one-time password, and you can successfully log on only with dual certification of the inquiry password and the dynamic password. Because the dynamic password is randomly-produced and effective once, the dynamic password, even snooped by Trojan or hacker, can not be used for logging next time, thus your account and information security is ensured.
The dynamic password is sent by SMS to your mobile phone, which can ensure not only the timely delivery of the password but also security of the password. The perfect combination of mobile phone and dynamic password represents characteristics of the bank product and service philosophy of easy wealth management.

Log on ebank.spdb.com.cn; if it is the first time for you to use, click “First-time logon” and complete logging according to the webpage instructions.
When you use the service again in future, you can directly click “Dynamic password user logon”, and input customer number (or nickname), inquiry password etc. as per system instructions, and our bank system will send dynamic password to your mobile phone. The password has six numbers or letters. You can log on the online banking service interface after inputting the password correctly.
How to Apply
Please bring your ID certificate, Oriental Card or savings passbook (savings passbook with no card can open the function on the spot) to any SPDB network across the country to handle online banking (dynamic password) signup procedures.

The dynamic password is in the promotional period now and is free for the moment.
