Appointed Time Deposit

Function Description

“Automatic time deposit” is a special service of our bank. The service facilitates your current deposit, while at the same time with high interest income of the time deposit. You can set and cancel the “Automatic time deposit” function for the Oriental Card.  

Tutorials

After you select an Oriental Card and set the “Automatic time deposit” rules, if the RMB current deposit balance in your card is higher than your reserved amount of current deposit during the night, our bank will redeposit the excessive amount (in integral multiples of 500 Yuan) as automatic time deposit for a term specified by you. When you withdraw money from ATMs, consume, redeposit into a time deposit account, remit money, pay online, or invest in stocks and funds and find that your current deposit balance is not enough, the automatic time deposit amount (in integral multiples of RMB 500 Yuan) will be automatically re-deposited into the current deposit account on the basis of minimum interest loss (the automatic time deposit amount will be withdrawn during the night, before which the current deposit balance will be negative).  

If you intend to change the “Automatic time deposit” rules (for example, change the reserved amount of current deposit or the redeposit term), you shall firstly cancel the original rules for automatic time deposit and reset. If you cancel the automatic time deposit rules, the automatic time deposit will be re-deposited as current in the night of the same day.
