Service Introduction
Deposit and withdrawal is a categorized summary statement of incomes and expenses of all current deposits (Oriental Card and Current Savings Passbook) with SPDB tailored for personal online banking contracted customers. The sheet can fully record and reflect personal daily life, consumption and investment & wealth management incomes and expenses. You can check monthly or trans-month income-expense summary statement as needed.

Online Operating Instructions
1. Log onto online banking (dynamic password or digital certificate customer), click “Account management”-“Account browse”-“Deposit and withdrawal” menu;
2. Select “Starting year and month” and “Ending year and month” and “Currency” to check monthly or trans-month income-expense summary statement;
3. Click items (underlined in case of accruals) under the statement to check the transaction details and summary;
4. By checking the “Income and expense balance” item, you can check “Accumulative net cash flow” of the inquired time period;
5. If you want to have a quick look at the items with accruals, please select “Brief statement”; for complete statement, please select “Full statement”.
FAQs
1. How can I apply for the service?
A: The “Deposit and withdrawal” service is now available to all SPDB online banking contracted customers. You are advised to sign up for online banking at the nearest SPDB network to activate the service.
2. Is there any charge for the service?
A: The service is free now. We will notify in advance if there will be a charge in future.
3. What about the earliest monthly income and expense sheet I can check online now?
A: If you opened online banking before April 14, 2005, you can check monthly statements since January 2005 as the earliest; if you opened online banking after April 14, 2005, you can check monthly statements three months before the inauguration date.
4. In addition to RMB, does your bank provide income and expense sheet check of other currencies?
A: yes, you can also check the income and expense sheet of foreign currencies such as USD, HKD, Japanese yen, Euros, GBP, and AUD etc. at our bank.
5. If I check the current month “Income and expense sheet”, will the statement include real-time transaction details of the current day?
A: no, the current month “Income and expense sheet” will only show the details since the first day of the month to the date before the current day.
6. Why I can not check the current month income and expense sheet on the first day of each month?
A: Because the current month “Income and expense sheet” will only show the details since the first day of the month to the date before the current day.
7. Why the current deposit transferred to be automatic deposit is not shown in the income and expense sheet when I transfer money from a personal current account into another?
A: Because capital transfer between current accounts of the same customer and transfer between current deposit and automatic deposit will not increase or decrease the cash flow, the transfer will not be shown as an item in the “Income and expense sheet”.
8. If I cancel the transaction after consumption or on the date of fund purchase, how will it be reflected in the income and expense sheet?
A: All cancelled transactions, such as POS consumption cancellation and fund order cancellation will be directly recorded as a deduction item rather than an income item.
9. Why has my salary been recorded in “Other income” item instead of the “Salary” or “Bonus” item?
A: The system categorizes according to the salary distribution document summary provided by your service organization. If your organization has not indicated “Salary” or “Bonus”, the system will categorize the income as “Other income”.
10.If I consolidate the customer IDs, will it influence the income and expense sheet?
A: There will be no influence. After the consolidation, we will automatically merge the current account transaction details under your two customer IDs into a consolidated monthly income and expense sheet.
11. If I cancel an Oriental Card, can I check the previous transaction information in the income and expense sheet?
A: Yes. The transaction details before the cancelation will be reserved for you to check the historical income and expense records.
12. Why has not Foreign Currency Wealth Management capital inflow been reflected in the bank wealth management product column in the income and expense sheet?
A: According to the Currency Wealth Management contract, and for the convenience of the customers and to enhance yield of the matured deposit, our bank will directly transfer the matured capital into a one-month time deposit rather than into the current account.
13. Can I make some manual updates to the income and expense sheet, add some other income or expense items and adjust categorization of some incomes and expenses?
A: Our bank will launch the personalized modification function in phase II.
