Preparation
When using SPDB's online banking service, each treasurer must have his/her own private digital certificate, which is stored in USB KEY.---a specific kind of medium. You probably need to make preparations before using the service. The steps are listed as follows:
Installation of USB KEY driver
USB KEY is a special hardware, so the computers need special software – USB KEY driver to identify or read the information stored in USB KEY. Thus, the USB KEY driver needs to be installed in each computer which will be used for online banking operations of the Company.
SPudong Development Bank provides several kinds of USB KEY software for online banking. What you need to do is open the website http://ebank.spdb.com.cn, find the USB KEY software at "证书下载" (“Download Certificate”), click “USB KEY Software” to select and download the corresponding USB KEY software.
Certificate Download
Client certificate download
When the company's treasurers initiate the Online banking service and applied the certificate to the counter of SPDB, we will provide them the password envelopes and USB-KEYs with the equal numbers of applications. Two pieces of information lie in the password envelope : that is the authorization code and the reference number, both of which is the key to form the certificate.
The treasurer could download the client certificate after installing USB KEY driver in your own computer,The downloading is actually a procedure of creating certificates and storing the certificates in the corresponding USB KEY .That is to say a procedure of making a soft seal used online. Downloading steps are as follows:
(1)Please visit http://ebank.spdb.com.cn and click "the Client certificate" in "certificate download", getting certificate download page;
(2) Insert the USB KEY into the USB interface of the computer，input “Ref. No.” and “Authorization Code” on the certificate downloading page according to the contents in the password envelope. Input the number shown on the back of the USBKEY into the “USBKEY No.” and click OK to complete downloading with the default parameters. When the page indicates that the certificate is successfully downloaded, the certificate is already installed in the USB KEY.
(3)Repeat"(2)" steps and download each certificate into the corresponding USB KEY.
It is a extremely important task to form a digital certificate as it is regarded as a seal to initiate the online banking transactions. We suggest that only the corporate online-banking administrator can conduct the certificate downloading and should be responsible for assigning the USB KEY to every treasurers. The administrators should notice that they must keeping firmly in mind the relation between the certificate ordinal number(respect to the password envelope title page) and the USB KEY when downloading the certificate in turn.
The treasure should take care of your own USB KEY as the physical seal. If USB-KEY falls lost, first of all, the corporate administrator should freeze the qualification of the treasure who lost the KEY by using the function of "Administrator Management". And update your certificate and buy a new USB-KEY to re-download the certificate as soon as possible.
Download a certificate chain
For the safety of the on-line bank operation, we strongly suggest that each treasurer should download the certificate chain in your own computer when initiating the online banking service. Furthermore , being the IE browser of computer with a high version number, it is a must to download the certificate chain . Otherwise, you will can't open the relevant service page.
The downloading of Certificate Chain is listed as follows:
(1)Please visit http://ebank.spdb.com.cn and click "the certificate chain" in "certificate download", getting certificate chain download page;
(2) Click the "the download certificate chain" and complete the downloading step by step with the indication on the page.
After installing the certificate chain and obtaining the USBKEY with certificate distributed by the administrator, you can logon in the Online banking system of SPDB and enjoy the convenient, rapid and secured online banking service about inquiry, fund transfer and so on.
